If your technician asks you to connect through screen connect

For us to provide you with remote support please click the start a new session button, to the left.

1. Enter your name and click "Start Session", this will then download our remote software.

2. You PC should ask you if you'd like to run this software, please click "run"

3. The software may ask for permissions, please accept and click "yes"

4. From this point an engineer will provide you with remote support
